Our area is facing the largest level of proposed growth in its history, with multiple strategic sites and major infrastructure dependencies under consideration - and a total of 24,000 homes. 

The Local Plan will shape how these sites come forward, what infrastructure is delivered, and how impacts on existing communities are managed.
